The Journal of Psychohistory is a journal in the field of psychohistory published by the Institute for Psychohistory. It aims to provide "a new psychological view of world events — past and present". The journal is published quarterly and contains subjects such as childhood and the family (especially child abuse), psychobiography with extensive childhood material, political psychology and psychological studies of anthropology.
The majority of the articles in the Journal are written by one individual, Lloyd DeMause, who also happens to be the editor. The Journal's website contains an endorsement from Charles Socarides, who campaigned to maintain the classification of homosexuality as a disease.
